The previous afternoon, a girl wearing a black skirt and white shirt was punched, kicked, and had her hair pulled by three women. The victim cried, covered her face, and begged for mercy, but the group cursed her and repeatedly hit her on the head with helmets.
A girl standing outside did not intervene but repeatedly provoked and incited people to beat her and take off her shirt. The group mocked, cursed, and then deliberately took off the victim’s shirt before leaving. The entire incident was filmed and posted on social media.
On October 4, Colonel Nguyen Viet Hung - Chief of Tuy Hoa City Police (Phu Yen) - said that the incident happened at Nhan Mountain National Scenic Area in Ward 1, on the afternoon of October 1.
"The victim went to the police station to report the incident in a state of panic, with many injuries and bruises all over her body, and was taken to the hospital by her family for treatment," said the head of Tuy Hoa City Police, adding that the investigation is continuing.
