The girl fell out of a moving car on the road.
A video depicting a shocking scene on a road believed to be in Vinh City is currently circulating on social media.
In the video, as the Hyundai i10 with license plate 37A-35xxx was moving, the car door suddenly swung open, causing a naked girl to fall onto the road. The driver then stopped the car, and someone inside quickly pulled the girl back inside.
The incident happened at a time when there was little traffic, so luckily there was no collision.
The video was recorded by someone walking behind, and that group suggested calling the police.
According to a source, the incident occurred on the evening of February 3rd, and there were at least three young men and one young woman in the car.
Authorities have now launched an investigation to clarify the matter.
