(Baonghean.vn) - While chopping firewood alone in a deserted open field, a young woman in Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district (Nghe An province) was overpowered and raped by Dau Hong Son, who lives in the same village.
On September 15th, the Tan Ky District Police announced that the District Police Investigation Agency had issued a decision to initiate a criminal case and prosecute Dau Hong Son (born in 1963), residing in Tan Dong hamlet, Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district, for the following offense:rape.

After a period of monitoring the suspect's psychological state and gathering evidence, Dau Hong Son initially confessed to raping Ms. PTG.
