A young woman in Nghe An died on her way to her part-time job.
Following a collision with an oncoming motorcycle, the 20-year-old girl fell into a pond and died.
Leaders of the Dien Lien commune People's Committee (Dien Chau district) confirmed that a fatal accident recently occurred in the area.
The victim was Ms. Vo Thi T. (born in 2004), residing in Dien Lien commune (Dien Chau district). At 6:45 PM on December 22, 2024, Ms. T. was driving a motorbike with license plate 37F1 - 58.. to her part-time job at a coffee shop in the commune.
When reaching the inter-village road in Hamlet 7, Dien Lien Commune (Dien Chau District), a traffic collision occurred with a motorcycle bearing license plate 37N8 - 67... driven by Ms. Pham Thi P. (born in 1976), residing in Dien Lien Commune.
Following the collision, Ms. T. was thrown into a pond beside the road and died. Upon receiving reports from residents, the authorities and local government immediately arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation, draw up a report, and determine the cause of the incident.
Reportedly, the victim had just turned 20 and was preparing her documents to go work abroad.
