Dao Tan StreetAlthough it has long been a night food street in Vinh City, the vendors have not invested in proper kiosks, mainly relying on tents and tarpaulins, which detracts from the urban aesthetics.
To meet the needs of locals and tourists visiting the night food street, 12 permanent businesses have voluntarily renovated their stalls and installed dazzling decorative lighting systems. For the 16 mobile kiosks, local residents have also voluntarily dismantled their temporary shelters and built new kiosks uniformly according to a common design with criteria such as: compact, easy to assemble and disassemble, and mobile… creating a sense of uniformity. This has reassured tourists, as the locations are now secure, hygienic, and no longer makeshift as before.
