(Baonghean.vn) - Nghi Son Cement Company is a joint venture between Vietnam Cement Corporation and two major Japanese cement manufacturers, Taiheiyo Cement and Mitsubishi Materials.
The company is currently looking to fill the following positions:
1. Electrical Engineer (experience required): 2 people
- Male, age ≤ 35. Graduated from a regular university program in the engineering field, majoring in electrical automation, power systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing repair and maintenance work for electrical equipment and electrical systems; diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical equipment problems.
- Requirements: Proficient in English and MS Office software, including AutoCAD and PowerPoint.

2. Electrical Engineer (no experience required): 1 person
- Male, age ≤ 27. Graduated from a regular university program in the engineering field, majoring in electrical automation, power systems, or equivalent.
- Requirements: Proficient in English and MS Office software, including AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
- Working hours: Standard office hours
3. Mechanical Engineers: 2 people
- Male, age ≤ 27. Graduated from a regular university program in the engineering field, majoring in mechanical engineering. Possesses knowledge of basic mechanical technology, ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, and AutoCAD design skills.
- Requirements: Proficient in English and MS Office software, including AutoCAD and PowerPoint.
- Working hours: Standard office hours
4. Electrical department workers: 5 people
- Male, age ≤ 27. Graduated from a formal college or vocational school (training duration from 2 to 3 years). Major in electrical engineering.
- Skills and experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tasks such as repair, maintenance, installation, inspection, evaluation, etc., related to electrical machinery and equipment.
- Working hours: Standard office hours or 3 shifts.
5. Mechanical Department Worker: 1 person
- Male, age ≤ 27. Graduated from a formal college or vocational school (training duration from 2 to 3 years). Major in mechanical engineering.
- Skills and experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tasks such as repair, maintenance, installation, inspection, evaluation, etc., related to machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Working hours: Standard office hours.
6. Production Operations Department Workers: 6 people
- Male, age ≤ 27. Graduated from a formal college or vocational school (training duration from 2 to 3 years). Major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, or manufacturing.
- Skills and experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tasks such as repair, maintenance, installation, inspection, evaluation, etc., related to machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Other requirements: Good health, eagerness to learn, hard-working, diligent, and disciplined. Recent graduates are welcome.
- Working hours: 3 shifts.

(*) This is a fixed-term employment contract for 2 years. After two 2-year fixed-term contracts, if the employee meets the job requirements, the Company will sign an indefinite-term employment contract.
Compensation policy:
- Allowances as per company regulations.
- The company provides housing in the company's staff housing complex.
- Lunch/break time may be taken while working.
- There is transportation provided for workers on their days off and weekends to return to Hanoi and Thanh Hoa.
