There are still 42 projects with outstanding advances totaling 88 billion VND that are difficult to recover.

Of this amount, the central government budget contributed 36.2 billion VND, the provincial budget contributed 50.1 billion VND, and the district budget contributed 1.74 billion VND.

Specifically, there are several projects: Management Board DBan Mong ProjectUnrecovered advances totaling 655 million VND; overdue advances of 3.1 billion VND for National Highway 49 from Km65-Km78 (investor: Project Management Board 4); and 15.1 billion VND for National Highway 7 section Km0-Km36 (Project Management Board 4).
