At the conference, party members in the Party cell reviewed the Party Committee and the entire Party cell, and the comrades in the Party cell according to Resolution 4 (term XII); in which they frankly pointed out a number of manifestations such as: some Party Committee members have not arranged time to participate in studying the resolution, and there are no solutions to correct the unserious attitude in studying the resolution of some Party members.

When studying the resolution, in the Party cell, some comrades were not on time, did not focus on following the reporter, the majority of young Party members working did not fully participate in Party cell meetings...

In the Party cell, some comrades still think that after reaching the retirement age at the agency or unit, they are allowed to retire by the State, so they just want to rest, thinking that their responsibilities are over. Some shirk their responsibilities by all means to ask for exemption from activities, exemption from work...

After identifying the symptoms, the Party cell of block 10, Quang Trung ward proposed solutions for the Party cell, the Party committee and the comrades in the Party cell. Participating in giving opinions, a Party member with more than 26 years of activities in the Party cell, comrade Nguyen Duy Nho frankly said: Right in the Party cell activities, we must point out the comrades who do not attend the study of the resolution, find out the reasons for timely correction.

Comrade Nho also suggested that the Quang Trung Ward Party Committee organize a news talk about the situation in the province and Vinh City for all people to know. "Every year, party members listen to a lot of news, but there should also be a few news talks with all people," Comrade Nho suggested.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tien asked: Is the Party cell really strong? And assessed: "The Party cell must strive to not only create movement within the Party but also move the people and their lives."

“Urban civilization is not really secure, the social environment is not really clean, the natural environment is still not clean and beautiful. The Party cell must lead that, and Party members must set an example to create movement among the people,” Comrade Thanh Tien suggested to the Party cell; at the same time, he suggested that the Party cell should innovate the content of activities to be closer to the target audience.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tien also expressed his hope that the province and Vinh City must continue to move to "awaken" Nghe An's potential so that people can enjoy the fruits of development.

"The leadership style has become closer, more familiar, more understanding of the people, dialogue with the people, with the grassroots, I hope to continue to promote", comrade Thanh Tien sent to the leaders of Vinh province and city.

Affirming the very important role according to the Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XII) in the Party cell, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh assessed that the review conference at the Party cell of block 10, Quang Trung ward was carried out very seriously, the awareness of the Central Committee 4 review was clear, in line with the spirit of the Central Committee, and the evaluation opinions were close to reality.

"Party members' opinions when expressing from general to specific issues in the Party cell are all reasonable," the Provincial Party Secretary assessed, and at the same time suggested that the Party Committee and each individual in the Party Committee need to draw experience to have specific solutions, the purpose is that after the review of the 4th Central Committee (term XII), party spirit must be higher; Party members' awareness must be better about their role and position.

Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh also assessed that the party spirit is clearly shown in the party members, the party cell of block 10, Quang Trung ward. “Although they are retired senior cadres, the responsibility of the party members is very clear, that is the exemplary character of the party members. The comrades clearly understand the leadership role of the Party, showing a very deep awareness through exemplary behavior, the positive influence of party members on the masses”, the Provincial Party Secretary analyzed.

Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh also hopes that after the review, in daily meetings and activities, party members will continue to help and remind each other to overcome limitations and shortcomings.

Finally, the Provincial Party Secretary said that the party members who come after them still need to practice more and the party members who come before them must be very serious with the party members who come after them.

“In a market economy that has a great impact on life, if we do not pay attention to training, it will lead to the decline of young party members.
