The Standing Committee of the Con Cuong District Party Committee issued decisions on the assignment and rotation of four comrades. Specifically, two comrades were transferred: Nguyen Dam Minh, Deputy Chief Inspector of the District People's Committee, was assigned to work at the Thach Ngan Commune People's Committee and held the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; and Pham Xuan Manh, Deputy Head of the Economic and Infrastructure Department, was assigned to work at the Binh Chuan Commune Party Committee, participating in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, and was nominated for election as Chairman of the Binh Chuan Commune People's Committee.

Two comrades were transferred between communes: Vo Dinh Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Thach Ngan commune, was transferred to Mau Duc commune to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; Comrade Ha Manh Linh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Mau Duc commune, was transferred to Don Phuc commune and to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Don Phuc commune.
