Actress Lan Phuong recently shared a moment of her second daughter, Mia, confidently walking in her mother's high heels despite being only 16 months old. The video quickly attracted public attention because of the little girl's cuteness and intelligence.

A mixed-race beauty and a special "passion".

According to Lan Phuong, her daughter Mia has an "endless passion" for high heels. The actress wrote: "Women always love a beautiful pair of shoes. The only difference is... Mom wears them for work, while my daughter wears them out of passion."

At 16 months old, Mia has a chubby, pretty appearance with big, round eyes and light brown hair, inheriting many Western features from her father. Lan Phuong said that her daughter is very well-behaved, can easily get used to reading and playing by herself, which makes her feel more at ease when she works far away.

Life as a single mother and the struggle to balance time.

After her divorce, Lan Phuong took on the primary role of caring for her two daughters, Lina (born in 2018) and Mia. She admitted that having a second child sometimes made her eldest daughter feel left out, so she always tries to arrange separate time for each child.

"Mia is still so young that I have to keep a close eye on her. Lina feels a little sad about that. Understanding this, I arranged for Mia to stay with the nanny for a day so that the two of us could have a full 24 hours together," the actress shared.

Despite constantly traveling between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for work, Lan Phuong says she is gradually finding her rhythm of life again and feeling at peace. "There are still difficult days... but there are many days when I feel very happy and peaceful. When I build my own life, everything becomes much fresher and more beautiful," she confided.

Relationship with ex-husband after divorce

In 2025, Lan Phuong and her husband, David Duffy, finalized their divorce after 7 years of marriage. According to the initial ruling, the actress was granted custody of their two children. However, her ex-husband filed an appeal.

Currently, they both maintain a civil relationship to co-parent their children. David usually visits the children on weekdays and picks them up on weekends. Lan Phuong says she always strives to ensure emotional stability and safety for her two daughters.
