The actress shared that since having their daughter, her husband has changed a lot, becoming more patient and gentle. Huy Tran's love isn't expressed through flowery words, but through practical actions like staying up at night with his wife to comfort their child, quietly preparing milk, and always being the first to get up when the baby cries.

Ngo Thanh Van admitted that both she and her husband were quite overwhelmed in the first few months. She shared: "Being parents for the first time, there were so many surprises and uncertainties. A woman after giving birth faces many things like hormonal drops, insomnia, and blocked milk ducts, which is a terrible experience."
As for Huy Tran, he also experienced moments of sleep deprivation due to caring for his child. He recounted: "On social media, I only share happy, perfect moments, but the truth is, my hair is messy, I'm sleep-deprived, and I don't know what I'm doing. Every two hours I'm changing diapers, feeding, burping, and rocking the baby to sleep. And that process repeats 24/7, so I can't eat or sleep properly."
Careful preparation and support
Before welcoming his daughter, Huy Tran spent hundreds of millions of VND on necessary supplies. During the final stages of her pregnancy, when Ngo Thanh Van was at risk of developing diabetes, he personally planned and cooked meals to take care of his wife's health.
Ngo Thanh Van (born in 1979) married her German-Vietnamese husband, who is 11 years younger. The couple welcomed their first daughter, Baby Gao, in August 2025 after many years of waiting.
