At 12:30 PM on January 21st, acting on information from the public, the community security and order team of the Do Luong Police Department discovered and apprehended Le Tien Hanh (born in 1994, residing in Hamlet 4, Dang Son Commune) in Dang Son Commune for illegally possessing fireworks.
