(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 20th, residents living on Dinh Cong Trang Street in Vinh City reported a shooting incident at a cafe on the street involving a group of unidentified individuals. Police immediately arrived at the scene to handle the situation and apprehend the perpetrator.
The incident reportedly occurred around 8:30 a.m. on November 20th.

Accordingly, after about 7-8 gunshots rang out, many people in the restaurant panicked and fled, and one person was seriously injured and taken to the hospital. The police immediately arrived at the scene to handle the incident and arrest the perpetrator. It is known that the suspect resides in Hung Binh ward, Vinh City.
At the scene, numerous bloodstains were still visible on the floor. Authorities are currently investigating and handling the case in accordance with the law.
