Nghe An police arrest gunman in Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 20, residents living on Dinh Cong Trang Street, Vinh City reported that at a cafe on this street, a shooting occurred between a group of people whose identities were not yet clearly identified. The police force immediately arrived at the scene to handle the incident and arrest the perpetrator.
It is known that the incident happened at about 8:30 am on November 20.

Accordingly, after about 7-8 gunshots rang out, many people in the restaurant panicked and ran away, one seriously injured person was taken to the emergency room. The police force immediately arrived at the scene to handle the incident and arrest the perpetrator. It is known that this subject resides in Hung Binh ward, Vinh city.
At the scene, many blood stains were still on the floor. Currently, the authorities are investigating and handling the case according to the law.
