For leaders transferred from district-level police to professional departments, especially those at the head level, it is crucial to quickly familiarize themselves with the work; to utilize their abilities, strengths, and work experience, and to work together with the Party committee and leadership of the units in a spirit of unity and consensus to lead and direct the units to successfully complete their tasks.

Specifically for all police officers and soldiers throughout the province, now more than ever, this is the time to fully demonstrate the qualities of a People's Police officer, "ready to go anywhere, do anything when the Fatherland and the people need you," with a spirit of responsibility, solidarity, cooperation, and overcoming all difficulties in all situations. Therefore, the Director of the Provincial Police Department requests that all comrades continue to improve their professional skills and adapt quickly to new work requirements.
