Nghe An Police honor 30 outstanding women on March 8

In the exciting atmosphere of competition with women across the country to achieve outstanding achievements to welcome the 13th National Women's Congress associated with the 112th anniversary of International Women's Day March 8 and 1982 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, on the morning of March 7, Nghe An Provincial Police organized a meeting and awarding ceremony for outstanding Nghe An Police Women in 2021.

Attending the ceremony were Major General Pham The Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Viet Ha - President of the Provincial Police Women's Union and 30 outstanding women, representing more than 1,200 women of Nghe An Police.

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the proud milestones of International Women, Vietnamese Women and People's Police Women. Continuing that heroic history, the female soldierNghe An PoliceToday, they have been working hard with their comrades and teammates to shoulder the tasks assigned by the Party, the State and the people. These women are ready to "Go anywhere, do anything when the Fatherland and the industry need them". Wherever they are, whatever they do, the women of Nghe An Police strive to train, constantly study to improve their capacity and qualifications in all aspects, and are dedicated to their work. In particular, with the spirit of serving the people, women are important factors contributing to the Nghe An Police achieving the results of 7 consecutive years receiving the Emulation Flag from the Government, 6 consecutive years leading the Ministry of Public Security in the administrative reform index.

Over the past year, Nghe An police women have stuck to their assigned areas, fields, and tasks, proactively advised and proposed many solutions to firmly protect national security, and effectively resolved arising security and order incidents. Both dedicated to their work and devoted to volunteer activities, the image of Nghe An police women present, giving love in border areas, remote mountainous areas, and policy families on all roads of Nghe An's countryside has become familiar in the hearts of the people, Party committees, and authorities.

Recognizing the efforts and achievements of Nghe An Police women in recent times, Major General Pham The Tung - Director of the Provincial Police Department requested that leaders of the Police units and localities continue to pay attention to the management and training of female officers and soldiers in Nghe An Police. In particular, it is necessary to propose appointing female officers with good professional skills to key and important positions in the Police units and localities. At the same time, each female police officer needs to overcome difficulties, make more "breakthrough" efforts, and make worthy contributions to the achievements and feats of Nghe An Police, worthy of the 8 golden words that Uncle Ho awarded "Heroic, indomitable, loyal, and courageous".
