The police in Thanh Vinh ward (Nghe An province) have summoned four teenagers involved in a scuffle that occurred on Dang Tat street and are continuing to investigate and handle the case according to regulations.
On April 13, 2026, the Thanh Vinh Ward Police announced that they had summoned four teenagers involved in a fight that occurred in the area for clarification and handling according to the law.
Earlier, on the morning of April 12, 2026, several video clips circulated on social media showing a group of teenagers arguing and fighting on Dang Tat Street, Thanh Vinh Ward. From verbal exchanges, the individuals engaged in a physical fight in the middle of the street. Despite attempts by others to intervene, some incited and encouraged the fight, causing the situation to escalate and affecting public security and order.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Thanh Vinh Ward Police proceeded to verify the details and invited the relevant individuals and their guardians to the police station for questioning.
According to initial verification, the incident stemmed from a personal conflict between TTTA and NHS (both born in 2010). Around 9 PM on April 11, 2026, TTTA called NHS to the Dang Tat Street area to resolve the conflict. NHS then brought along P.D.Q.D., NTN, and VTL (all born in 2010), and a scuffle ensued. The incident stopped when bystanders intervened.
The Thanh Vinh Ward Police are currently continuing to consolidate the case file and handle the matter according to regulations.
