Quỳ Châu police arrest man who sexually assaulted 13-year-old girl.
(Baonghean.vn) - For the act of raping a person under 16 years old, Lang Van Ha has been arrested and detained by the Quy Chau District Police.
On July 21st, the Quy Chau District Police announced that they are currently holding Lang Van Ha (born in 1997), residing in Chau Binh commune, under criminal detention for the following offense:abusePersons under 16 years of age will be handled according to the provisions of the law.

Previously, on July 19th, the Quy Chau District Police received a report from the family of VHY (born in 2008), residing in Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau district, stating that at approximately 1 AM that day, while Y. was sleeping alone at home, she was raped by an unknown assailant.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Quy Chau District Police deployed forces and employed a comprehensive range of investigative methods. By 5 PM the same day, they had quickly investigated, apprehended, and detained Lang Van Ha.
