Nghe An Provincial Police organized the first driving test.

On the morning of May 8, the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police organized the first driving test since March 1, the official date of taking over the task of testing and issuing driving licenses from the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction).
