The Nghe An Provincial Police Department organized its first driver's license examination.

On the morning of May 8th, the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police organized its first driving test since March 1st, the date it officially took over the task of conducting driving tests and issuing driver's licenses from the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction).
