Provincial police receive support from heroic Vietnamese mothers
(Baonghean.vn) – On June 8, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to receive lifelong care for Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Nam, residing in Thuy village, Thanh Linh commune, Thanh Chuong district.
Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Nam, born in 1927, had two sons who were martyrs who sacrificed heroically during the resistance war against the US to save the country. To show gratitude for the great contributions of the Mother and her family, the Provincial Police have taken care of her for life, supporting and caring for her at the rate of 1,000,000 VND/month.

In addition, every year, the Provincial Police also organize activities to visit Mother on the occasion of holidays, New Year, the annual anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, when Mother is sick...
This is an act demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Party Committee, leaders at all levels, organizations and officers and soldiers, expressing gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, people with revolutionary contributions, relatives and families of martyrs... on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day and towards the 72nd anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnam People's Public Security.
