Vinh City Police: Returning stolen motorbike to its owner.

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 12th, the Traffic Police team (Vinh City Police) completed the procedures to return stolen property to two citizens whose motorbikes had been stolen.

They are Mr. Le Van Thien (born in 1960), residing in Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district, and Mr. Nguyen Van Duc (born in 1980), residing in Quynh Hung commune, Quynh Luu district.

The joy of the people upon receiving their stolen motorbikes back.

Earlier, at 4 PM on November 7, 2014, while on duty on Nguyen Sy Sach - Le Nin street in Vinh City, the Vinh City Police Traffic Police team spotted a motorcycle with license plate 37N - 4069 driven by a young man violating traffic regulations by not wearing a helmet. Upon inspection, they discovered the license plate was fake, and the team proceeded to confiscate the vehicle.

Upon verification, the owner of the vehicle is Mr. Le Van Thien (born in 1960), residing in Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district. According to Mr. Thien, the WAVE ALPHA motorcycle was stolen in November 2011 in the Ro Market area, Vo Liet commune. Mr. Thien then reported the theft to the Thanh Chuong District Police. Mr. Nguyen Van Duc's motorcycle was stolen in October 2012 while parked in front of his house.
