Hoang Mai Town Police: Launching the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team and appointing its leader.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 3rd, the Hoang Mai Town Police held a ceremony to launch the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team and initiated a high-intensity campaign to attack and suppress crime, ensuring security and order before, during, and after the Lunar New Year of the Pig in 2019.
At the inauguration ceremony, authorized by the Director of the Provincial Police, Lieutenant Colonel Chu Quang Thanh - Deputy Head of the Personnel and Organization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Police - presented the Decision appointing Senior Lieutenant Ho Sy Trinh as Deputy Team Leader of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team; and presented the Decision on the transfer of 6 officers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Team is responsible for carrying out state management work in the field of fire prevention and rescue in the area. They monitor the local situation to advise leaders on fire prevention and control, organize 24/7 duty to receive and process information on fires, explosions, and rescue operations, and effectively conduct fire prevention and control awareness campaigns in agencies, units, businesses, establishments, and residential areas.
Regarding the plan for the peak period of attacking and suppressing crime, ensuring security and order before, during, and after the Lunar New Year, Hoang Mai Police Department has identified this as a crucial task, focusing all forces and intelligence on implementing the assigned tasks. They proactively monitor, analyze, and accurately predict the situation to avoid being caught off guard in any situation. They will decisively and comprehensively implement measures to prevent, combat, and strongly suppress all types of crime, especially those crimes and social vices that are causing public concern.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Vo Van Dung - Secretary of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee - congratulated the newly appointed and transferred officers and soldiers in this round of work; and expressed his hope that the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team, after its launch, would quickly stabilize its organization, assign specific tasks to each member, and effectively perform its state management functions in the field of fire prevention and rescue.
Regarding the peak period of crime crackdown, he expressed confidence that the comrades would continue to achieve many outstanding successes, ensuring security, order, and traffic safety, bringing peace and safety to the people so they could celebrate Tet and enjoy a warm Spring festival.
On this occasion, the town's police force organized an awards ceremony to honor collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in their monthly work, aiming to motivate and encourage officers and soldiers.
