Police are investigating the case of a pickup truck driver deliberately blocking the road in Quy Hop commune.
The police in Quỳ Hợp commune (Nghệ An province) are investigating and clarifying the incident in which a pickup truck driver stopped and parked his vehicle, blocking the road and obstructing traffic, as recorded in a video circulating on social media.
According to initial information, the incident occurred on the afternoon of March 20th in Block 12, Quy Hop Commune. At that time, a 5-seater car, while entering an alley approximately 4 meters wide, was unable to proceed because a pickup truck with license plate 37C-136.xx was parked in front, blocking more than half of the road.
According to witnesses, they honked the horn several times but the driver did not appear. Later, the female driver's family had to go to her nearby house to find her and ask her to move the car.

"I had to go all the way to the house to ask the car owner to move his car to make way for my exit. But he sat there with his feet up, telling me to back up and take another route because he was busy; he even challenged me, telling me to find my own way out," a resident reported.

According to reports, when reversing, a 5-seater car has to travel a distance of about 150-200 meters in narrow streets, making U-turns difficult.
Approximately 15 minutes after being reminded, the driver of the pickup truck with license plate 37C-136.xx finally got out and moved the vehicle away from the road obstruction.
Immediately after the incident, residents recorded a video and sent a report to the authorities. The Quy Hop commune police are currently investigating and verifying the facts.
