Hop Minh Commune Police: Discovered a male student who had made his own firecrackers.
According to the Hop Minh commune police, they discovered a male student manufacturing firecrackers to sell to other students in the school, and confiscated 3,000 firecrackers.
Through monitoring online groups, the Hop Minh Commune Police noticed that P.D.TS (born in 2012; residing in Hamlet 2, Hop Minh Commune, Nghe An Province), a student at BT Secondary School, showed suspicious signs of manufacturing and selling firecrackers for profit. On December 31, 2025, the commune police discovered P.D.TS selling firecrackers to fellow students. A search of his backpack revealed 100 cylindrical, red firecrackers weighing 2 kg. At the police station, S. confessed.
They take orders for gunpowder and casings on social media and then manufacture fireworks to sell.

According to S.'s earlier statement, she met with fellow students to find out who needed to buy firecrackers to make individual firecrackers or string them together, depending on the buyer's needs.
After learning that many students at his school needed firecrackers, S. brought all the materials into his bedroom and secretly manufactured 3,000 firecrackers.
During a search of S.'s house, the commune police discovered and seized an additional 2,700 firecrackers and 3 kg of gunpowder precursors. In addition, the commune police persuaded one individual who had purchased firecrackers from S. to surrender 200 firecrackers.
The total seized items included: 3,000 firecrackers weighing 45 kg and 3 kg of gunpowder precursors.
Currently, the commune police are continuing to investigate and verify the facts in order to handle the case according to the law.
