Yen Thanh police return stolen motorcycles to 3 victims.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 17th, the Traffic Police Team of Yen Thanh District Police completed the procedures to return 3 motorcycles to their owners after they were stolen by thieves.
These are the vehicles that, in 2015, traffic control teams on provincial roads 538 and 534 discovered drivers violating traffic safety laws, such as not wearing helmets or carrying more passengers than allowed.

When the vehicle was stopped for inspection, the driver failed to present the vehicle registration and driver's license, forcing the task force to draw up a report and temporarily seize the vehicle. Even after the time allotted for processing the administrative violation had expired, the driver did not appear to resolve the matter as required by law.
Noticing several suspicious signs, the Yen Thanh Police, using professional investigative methods, found the rightful owners of the three motorcycles that had been stolen by thieves several months earlier.
