Yen Thanh police returned stolen motorbikes to 3 people

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 17, the Traffic Police Team of Yen Thanh District Police completed procedures to return 3 motorbikes to the people who had them stolen by thieves.

These are the vehicles that in 2015, the working groups on duty to patrol and control traffic on provincial roads 538 and 534 discovered drivers who violated traffic safety laws such as not wearing helmets and carrying more passengers than allowed.

The owners of three stolen motorbikes have been found.

When the vehicle was stopped for inspection, the driver could not present the vehicle registration and driver's license, forcing the task force to draw up a record of the vehicle's temporary detention. When the time limit for handling the administrative violation had expired, the driver did not come to resolve the matter according to the law.

Seeing many suspicious signs, using professional measures, Yen Thanh Police found the owners of the 3 motorbikes that had been stolen by thieves many months ago.

Yen Thanh district police returned the vehicle to Mr. Phan Hien Luong, residing in Vu Ky hamlet, Dong Thanh commune.

Accordingly, motorbike with license plate 37P1 - 07503 was returned to Mr. Phan Hien Luong, residing in Vu Ky hamlet, Dong Thanh commune; motorbike with license plate 37P1 - 14340 was returned to Mr. Nguyen Van Nghia, Hong Nam hamlet, Quang Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district) and motorbike with license plate 37B-45475 was returned to its owner, Mr. Vo Quang Binh, residing in hamlet 3, Nghia Hop commune, Tan Ky district.

Currently, Yen Thanh District Police are continuing to investigate, find the owners of some motorbikes in similar cases that are being temporarily held, and soon return the property to the people.
