Announcement of the appointment of the Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police.

TgreedAttending the ceremony, on the side of the Nghe An provincial leadership were: Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; leaders of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial People's Court, and the Provincial People's Procuracy.

On the part of the Provincial Police, attending the ceremony were Major General Dinh Viet Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Provincial Police; and other members of the Party Standing Committee and Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Minister of Public Security, Major General Dinh Viet Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the Decision appointing Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long to the position of Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Director of the Provincial Police congratulated, acknowledged, and highly appreciated the efforts, contributions, and outstanding results of Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long during his time in office. He also expressed confidence that Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long would utilize his abilities, strengths, and years of experience at the grassroots level to work with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police to lead the Nghe An Police force to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

The Director emphasized that in the coming period, the tasks of ensuring security and order and building the force facing the Nghe An Provincial Police will become increasingly challenging. Therefore, the entire force, including the newly appointed Deputy Director, needs to continue to uphold a high sense of responsibility, unity, and discipline, overcoming difficulties to build a clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern Nghe An Provincial Police force.

At the same time, the Provincial Police Department hopes to continue receiving the attention, leadership, and support from the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the cooperation of various departments, agencies, and localities, as well as the trust and support of the people.

In his acceptance speech, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long expressed his gratitude for the trust and support of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the leadership of Nghe An province, the Party Committee and leadership of the Provincial Public Security Department, and the cooperation and assistance of police officers and soldiers from various units and localities. He affirmed that this is a great honor and source of pride, but also a heavy responsibility, requiring him to make even greater efforts.

In his new position, the newly appointed Deputy Director pledged to seriously heed the directives and effectively implement the assigned tasks; always uphold a high sense of responsibility, dedicating his heart, intellect, and courage to working with the leadership of the Provincial Police to build a stronger Nghe An Police force, contributing to the successful fulfillment of the task of ensuring security and order, for the peaceful and happy lives of the people, and better serving the socio-economic development of the province.
