Announcement of the appointment of the Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Bui Quang Thanh - Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police - presented the Decision of the Minister of Public Security appointing Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Cuong to the position of Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police.

On behalf of the provincial police leadership, Colonel Bui Quang Thanh, Director of the Provincial Police, warmly congratulated and highly appreciated the efforts, dedication, and achievements of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Cuong during his time in service.

The Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police also expressed his confidence and hope that, in his new position, the new Deputy Director will continue to uphold his sense of responsibility, capabilities, strengths, and work experience, together with the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police, to lead and direct the implementation of security and order maintenance work in the area, as well as build a clean and strong provincial police force, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Cuong expressed his gratitude for the trust and attention of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the leaders of Nghe An province, and the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Public Security Department.
