Announcement of personnel decisions at the VI People's Police Cultural School.

On the morning of August 22nd, the Nghe An Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce the decision on the organizational structure and personnel of the VI People's Police Cultural School. Major General Dinh Viet Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Provincial Police Department, presided over the ceremony.

Attending the event, representing the Nghe An Department of Education and Training was Ms. Ho Thi Chau Loan - Deputy Director of the Department.

Attendees included members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police; the Principal, Vice Principal, Team Leaders, Deputy Team Leaders, staff, contract workers and teachers of the VI People's Police Culture School; representatives of the Youth Committee and the Women's Committee; and commanders of several commune-level police stations.

At the ceremony, representatives from the Personnel and Organization Department of the Provincial Police announced the Decision regulating the organizational structure of the VI People's Police Cultural School; the Decision allowing the VI People's Police Cultural School (Primary, Secondary, and High School) to operate educational activities; and the Decision of the Director of the Provincial Police on the transfer and appointment of the School Board.

Accordingly, the VI People's Police Culture School is located in Long Son 3 block, Thai Hoa ward, Nghe An province. The school is headed by a Principal, with no more than 3 Vice Principals; its organizational structure consists of 6 departments. According to the Decision, Lieutenant Colonel Bui La Son, Deputy Head of the Staff Department, is transferred and appointed as the Principal of the school.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Dinh Viet Dung, Director of the Provincial Police, congratulated the Board of Directors, officers, teachers, and staff of the VI People's Police Cultural School; and at the same time, acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility, proactiveness, decisiveness, and effective coordination of the units.

The Director of the Provincial Public Security Department emphasized that the establishment of the VI People's Public Security Cultural School has profound political, social, and humanitarian significance, aiming to create a better learning, training, and care environment for disadvantaged children, ethnic minority children, and children from vulnerable and vulnerable groups.

To ensure the school's operational conditions, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Police leadership promptly and strictly followed all procedures to propose its establishment, especially in consolidating the school's organizational structure. The staff, teachers, and employees selected to work at the school meet the standards of political integrity, ethics, high professional competence, good qualifications, and work experience.

In addition, within a short period of time, the Provincial Police Department, the Department of Education and Training, the Party Committee, the government of Thai Hoa ward, and other relevant agencies and units focused intensely and coordinated closely in preparing the organizational structure, personnel, student enrollment, facilities, and necessary conditions for the school to begin operations on schedule.

Looking ahead, the Director of the Provincial Police Department requested that the VI People's Police Cultural School promptly stabilize its organization, finalize its working regulations, and build a unified, disciplined, and responsible Board of Directors and staff.

First and foremost, it is urgent to assign responsibilities and meticulously prepare the content and conditions for the ceremony announcing the establishment of the VI People's Police Cultural School and the opening of the 2026-2027 academic year, ensuring quality and adherence to the set schedule.

For school staff, teachers, and employees, it is essential to clearly define their honor, responsibility, and duties, constantly striving to improve their professional expertise and skills; upholding pedagogical standards, innovating teaching methods, and strictly adhering to the regulations, etiquette, and conduct of educators working within the People's Public Security force. Relevant functional departments will continue to coordinate and advise on the timely and effective implementation of tasks; the police in communes and wards will continue to conduct extensive propaganda; and cooperate with and support the school in student recruitment, management, and education.

The Director of the Provincial Public Security Department expressed confidence that, with the attention of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee; the coordination of the Education sector, local Party committees and authorities; and the spirit of unity and responsibility of the Board of Directors and all cadres, teachers, and staff, the VI People's Public Security Cultural School will soon stabilize and gradually become a model, comprehensive, and humane educational institution, worthy of the trust and expectations placed on the school.

In a solemn atmosphere, representatives of the Board of Directors of the VI People's Police Cultural School performed the oath-taking ceremony, vowing to build the school into a modern, humane, high-quality, and sustainable educational environment.
