On August 8th, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Social Security held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's decision on personnel matters.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung presented Decision No. 929/QD-TTg, dated July 26, 2019, of the Prime Minister on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Pham Van Truong, Director of the Administrative and Business Affairs Department, Ministry of Finance, to the position of full-time Vice Chairman of the Management Council of Vietnam Social Insurance.
At the same time, the Minister presented Decision No. 928/QD-TTg dated July 26, 2019, of the Prime Minister on the appointment of Mr. Le Hung Son, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department of Vietnam Social Security, to the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam Social Security.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung congratulated comrades Pham Van Truong and Le Hung Son on being entrusted with new responsibilities, and expressed his hope that they would continue to develop and apply their experience and knowledge, constantly learn, and further improve their professional skills to successfully fulfill their assigned tasks.
Speaking upon assuming his new role, the Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Social Insurance Management Council, Pham Van Truong, expressed his honor and pride in being entrusted with this new responsibility. Mr. Pham Van Truong pledged to continue his efforts and dedication in implementing his duties, while also strengthening close coordination with relevant agencies. He promised that the Vietnam Social Insurance would strive to fulfill its assigned responsibilities.
