Announcement of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee's decision on supervision of Than Linh, Phuc Loc, and Hai Loc communes.
On the morning of March 17th, at the People's Committee Hall of Than Linh commune, the Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce Decision No. 690-QD/TU, dated March 13, 2026, on supervising the leadership, direction, organization, and implementation of resolutions and action programs; the development and implementation of working regulations; and the implementation of key programs and projects to carry out the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term for the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of Than Linh, Phuc Loc, and Hai Loc communes.
The conference was chaired by Comrade Duong Dinh Chinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Loc commune. Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Committee's Supervisory Delegation; leaders of the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of Than Linh, Phuc Loc, and Hai Loc communes; and representatives from relevant departments and agencies.
At the conference, the Decision and thematic supervision plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee were announced; information was also provided on the key contents, methods, and timeframe for conducting supervision in localities.
According to the plan, the monitoring team will work in each locality for two days. Specifically: from March 17-18 in Than Linh commune, March 19-20 in Phuc Loc commune, and March 21-22 in Hai Loc commune. The monitoring will focus on evaluating the results of the Party committee's leadership and guidance in disseminating and implementing the resolution; building and implementing working regulations; and concretizing the resolution through programs, projects, and key tasks of the locality.
At the conference, leaders of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of Than Linh, Phuc Loc, and Hai Loc communes exchanged views and clarified some issues related to the implementation of the resolution and leadership and guidance work at the grassroots level.
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Duong Dinh Chinh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Loc commune, emphasized: This supervision is of great importance in understanding the leadership, direction, and implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels in the context of the two-tiered local government system. He requested that the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of the communes closely cooperate with the supervision team, prepare complete dossiers and documents according to the outline; and at the same time, engage in frank discussions and accurately reflect the practical situation of the locality so that the team has a basis for objective and comprehensive assessment.
The comrade also requested that the members of the Supervisory Delegation carry out their duties with a high sense of responsibility, objectivity, and in accordance with regulations; ensuring that the supervision is substantive, effective, and on schedule as planned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
