Announcement of the Politburo and Secretariat's decision to inspect the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh

Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Quang Duc - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Deputy Head of the inspection team and members of the inspection team.

On the side of the leaders of the three localities, there were comrades: Nguyen Doan Anh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Tran The Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.

Attending the conference, leaders of Nghe An province included comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of relevant departments and branches.

At the conference, the inspection team announced the Decision to establish the inspection team and the inspection plan of the Politburo and the Secretariat for the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh.

The inspection content focuses on the following issues: Summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new Party committees.

Organizing the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025, adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive 35.

Thoroughly implementing and organizing the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Implementation of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on the Supplementary Project on socio-economic development in 2025 with the growth target of 8% or more.

After listening to the local leaders' speeches and concluding the conference, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia said that the above four contents are closely related to each other. Based on practice, the inspection aims to grasp the situation, check, urge, and guide to promote strengths and overcome limitations.

Emphasizing the quick inspection time, while the requirements are very high, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission said that the inspection plan is clear, so localities need to seriously implement it, both demonstrating the spirit of revolutionary offensive, and maximizing compliance with principles, raising the awareness of self-criticism and criticism.

Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia requested three localities: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh to closely follow the outline as required by the Politburo to prepare a report that ensures quality and progress.

During the implementation process, it is necessary to try to reflect the current practical situation of the locality; clearly point out the obstacles and difficulties to jointly resolve them; raise proposals and recommendations of the locality in the process of implementing the above 4 key tasks with a bold, honest and dedicated viewpoint.

In response to the new policies and directions of the Politburo, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested localities to closely and successfully lead and direct the organization of Party Congresses at all levels.

Strengthening ideological work for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the process of reorganizing and streamlining the apparatus; promoting the sense of responsibility of leaders of the Party Committee, accordingly, the new apparatus must be better than the old one.

The implementation process must be extremely smooth. If done well, this will strengthen the trust of party members in the Party Committee and the people's trust in the Party; it is necessary to combine construction and prevention, preventing the manifestation of potentially degenerate and negative thoughts in this process.
