Announcement of personnel decisions of the Central Organizing Committee

Attending the conference were Comrade Truong Thi Mai - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Organization Department; Comrades Mai Van Chinh, Hoang Dang Quang, Nguyen Quang Duong - Members of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Heads of the Central Organization Department; and representatives from departments, bureaus, and units of the Central Organization Department.

At the conference, on behalf of the Central Organizing Committee leadership, Comrade Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee - presented Decision No. 456-QD/BTCTW of the Central Organizing Committee on the appointment of Comrade Vu Huy Bang - Deputy Director of Local Affairs Department I - as Secretary to Comrade Truong Thi Mai - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Mai Van Chinh stated that Comrade Vu Huy Bang received thorough training and matured through various positions and units. Throughout his career, he consistently strived to improve his skills and knowledge, constantly working to fulfill his duties well; he was exemplary in his ethics and lifestyle; his working methods were democratic and scientific; and his demeanor was simple and approachable, earning the trust and respect of his superiors and colleagues.

Comrade Mai Van Chinh suggested that, in his new position, Comrade Vu Huy Bang should quickly familiarize himself with the work, continue to develop his strengths, strictly adhere to the leadership of the Head of the Department and the Department's leaders, seriously implement the Department's working regulations; continue to strive and improve, and together with the cadres and civil servants of the Central Organization Department, promote the spirit of unity, loyalty, honesty, integrity, exemplary conduct, and professional expertise, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

*Under the chairmanship of Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Cuong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Military Region III and Comrade Tran Luu Quang - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Military Party Committee of Hai Phong City, the Hai Phong City Military Command organized a conference to hand over the position of Political Commissar of the Hai Phong City Military Command.

According to Decision No. 70/QDX-BQP of the Minister of National Defense, Colonel Dao Van Thap - Political Commissar of the Hai Phong City Military Command - retired. According to Decision No. 231/QDD-BQP, the Minister of National Defense appointed Colonel Vu Van Hoai - Deputy Political Commissar of the Hai Phong City Military Command - to the position of Political Commissar of the Hai Phong City Military Command.

After witnessing the signing of the handover minutes and speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Cuong and Comrade Tran Luu Quang requested that, in his new position, Colonel Vu Van Hoai continue to strive to improve himself, cultivate his moral character, knowledge, experience, leadership and command capabilities; continue to study and thoroughly understand the situation in all aspects of the unit and locality, and unite with the Party Committee and the City Military Command to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
