Announcement of personnel decision of Central Organizing Committee

Attending the conference were comrade Truong Thi Mai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee; comrades of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Heads of the Central Organization Committee: Mai Van Chinh, Hoang Dang Quang, Nguyen Quang Duong and representatives of departments, bureaus and units of the Central Organization Committee.

At the conference, on behalf of the Central Organizing Committee's leadership, comrade Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented Decision No. 456-QD/BTCTW of the Central Organizing Committee on the arrangement of comrade Vu Huy Bang - Deputy Head of Department of Localities I as Secretary of comrade Truong Thi Mai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Mai Van Chinh said that comrade Vu Huy Bang was well-trained, practiced and matured through different positions and units. During his work, he always strived to practice, study, improve his qualifications, constantly strived to complete his tasks well; was exemplary in ethics and lifestyle; had a democratic and scientific working method; had a simple and friendly style, and was trusted and loved by his superiors and colleagues.

Comrade Mai Van Chinh suggested that, in his new position, Comrade Vu Huy Bang quickly approach the work, continue to promote his strengths, well implement the leadership of the head of the department, of the department's leaders, seriously implement the working regulations of the department; continue to strive, practice, together with the cadres and civil servants of the Central Organizing Committee to promote the spirit of solidarity, loyalty, honesty, transparency, exemplary, professional proficiency, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

*Under the chairmanship of Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Cuong - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region III and comrade Tran Luu Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong City Military Party Committee, the Hai Phong City Military Command held a conference to hand over the position of Political Commissar of the Hai Phong City Military Command.

In Decision No. 70/QDX-BQP of the Minister of National Defense, Colonel Dao Van Thap - Political Commissar of Hai Phong City Military Command retired according to the regime. In Decision No. 231/QDD-BQP, the Minister of National Defense appointed Colonel Vu Van Hoai - Deputy Political Commissar of Hai Phong City Military Command to hold the position of Political Commissar of Hai Phong City Military Command.

After witnessing the signing of the handover minutes, speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quang Cuong and comrade Tran Luu Quang requested that in his new position, Colonel Vu Van Hoai continue to strive to train, cultivate, and improve his moral qualities, knowledge and experience, leadership and command capacity; continue to research, grasp the situation in all aspects of the unit and locality, unite with the collective Party Committee and the City Military Command to successfully complete the assigned tasks./.
