Announcement of the decision to establish 20 grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee of Party Agencies of Nghe An Province.

On the morning of March 4th, the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish subordinate grassroots party organizations and personnel matters.

Attending the ceremony were: Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; and Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Attending the program were comrades: Ngo Dinh Vien, Tran Quang Hoa - Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; members of the Party Committee Executive Committee; secretaries, deputy secretaries, executive committee members, and inspection committee members of grassroots party organizations.

At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced the decisions to establish and appoint the executive committee, secretary, deputy secretary, inspection committee, and head of the inspection committee of 20 subordinate grassroots party organizations, including 10 party committees and 10 party branches.

Speaking at the ceremony announcing the decisions, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Inspection Committee, and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies - congratulated the Party committees and branches and discussed some contents and requirements for implementation in the coming time within the Party Committee.

Accordingly, subordinate Party organizations need to promptly update, thoroughly study, and thoroughly understand the directives from the Central and provincial authorities among all cadres, Party members, and workers; at the same time, they should prioritize and effectively carry out ideological work, creating consensus and unity in understanding, requirements, and tasks in the new situation to achieve the highest possible results.

In addition, Party committees and organizations at all levels need to review and revise the working regulations and work programs of the Party committees and Inspection Committees to suit the new context, situation, and task requirements; review and strengthen Party affairs; and consolidate subordinate Party branches in areas undergoing restructuring.

Currently, while awaiting specific guidance from higher authorities on organizing the Party congress, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies - suggested that Party committees and grassroots Party organizations proactively study and contribute to the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party; continue preparing their own congress documents; consolidate Party committees; and meticulously prepare the conditions for organizing the congress when instructed, avoiding being caught off guard.

Previously, on February 12, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 3255-QD/TU establishing the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province, for the term 2020-2025, officially commencing operations on February 13, 2025.

The Party Committee of the Party agencies of Nghe An province has 20 grassroots Party organizations, with 724 Party members, including grassroots Party organizations of: the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; the Provincial Political School, Nghe An Newspaper; the Provincial Association of Literature and Arts; the Provincial Red Cross Society, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations; the National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council; the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations of the province; the Provincial People's Procuracy, and the Provincial People's Court.
