Announcement of the decision to reorganize Vocational College No. 4
On August 12th, Vocational College No. 4 (Military Region 4) held a conference to announce the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff regarding the reorganization and issuance of new organizational and staffing plans.
Major General Le Hong Nhan - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 4, attended and delivered a speech assigning tasks.
At the conference, Vocational College No. 4 announced Decision No. 3578/QD-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense on the reorganization of Vocational College No. 4 under Military Region 4. According to the decision, the Board of Directors, departments, offices, faculties, and affiliated units were reorganized; and the equivalent positions and titles of officers were stipulated…


On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Command of Military Region 4, Major General Le Hong Nhan - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 - presented the Decisions and offered flowers to congratulate the Principal of the school.
Speaking at the conference, the Deputy Commander of the Military Region requested that the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the staff and lecturers of the school strictly implement the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Staff; focus on building a team of cadres and teachers with a reasonable number and high quality according to the standards of the Vocational Education Law and the criteria of a high-quality school. Strengthen the expansion and diversification of professions, locations, forms, and methods of training, focusing on key professions; proactively cooperate and establish in-depth links with effective businesses; create jobs for graduates, and maintain the school's reputation.


The Deputy Commander of the Military Region expressed confidence that Vocational College No. 4 will continue to develop strongly, affirming its position as a high-quality technical human resource training institution, contributing to the cause of national construction and defense in the era of national progress.
