According to the initial investigation results, during his time as a land official in Loc Phu commune, Bao Lam district, Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh set up terms, regulations, and contracts with many local people to lease community forest land in village 4, Loc Phu commune.
It is worth mentioning that this area of community forest land was recovered by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and handed over to Bao Lam District People's Committee for management since 2020. Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh illegally profited from illegally leasing land, a huge amount of money.
