From September, every citizen born in Da Nang will receive a birth certificate, household registration, health insurance card and a bouquet of congratulatory flowers at home.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Huynh Duc Tho has just signed a document promulgating a pilot project to hand over birth certificates, health insurance cards, and household registration books to children's families for those who have registered for permanent residence in the area.
Accordingly, from September 1 to the end of 2017, every new citizen who registers for birth at the People's Committee of the commune, ward or district, including cases with foreign elements, will receive documents at home.

"Each newborn baby will be given a birth certificate, household registration, health insurance card and a bouquet of flowers to congratulate the family," said Mr. Huynh Duc Tho, who believes that when the babies grow up and look back at these images, they will be responsible for their homeland, family and society.
In September, the leaders of the People's Committee of Da Nang City will hand over birth certificates, household registration books and health insurance cards to 5 cases of poor households, ethnic minority families, policy households... From October, this policy will be implemented throughout the city.
