On the morning of July 14th,Nghe An Health Sector Trade UnionA training program on trade union activities and a briefing conference for the second quarter were organized. The program was attended by members of the Executive Committee of the Health Sector Trade Union and representatives from affiliated grassroots trade unions.

The delegates received guidance from Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Labor Union, on skills in organizing propaganda activities in the new context and skills in organizing women's activities at the grassroots level. In the context of global integration, with many socio-economic issues still needing resolution and workers still facing many concerns, the propaganda function of the trade union organization plays an extremely important role. To perform this task well, the staff must become increasingly professional in all aspects, including being strong in political theory, skilled in their profession, and possessing diverse skills.

The Health Sector Trade Union also disseminated several new documents on trade union finances to grassroots trade unions and answered questions from these organizations on related issues.

Also this morning, the Health Sector Trade Union held its Quarterly Reporting Conference for the second quarter of 2022 to disseminate Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021, of the 13th Central Committee and to provide guidance on the Congress and personnel matters for the 2023-2028 term.

To ensure thorough preparation for this event, the Health Sector Trade Union requires trade union officials at all grassroots levels to fully understand the importance of the event, as well as the content, methods, timing, and personnel arrangements for the congress.
