The Nghe An Health Workers' Union commends outstanding grassroots union officials, civil servants, and workers for the period 2019-2023.
On this occasion, 16 outstanding grassroots trade union officials, along with 21 civil servants, public employees, and workers, were honored.

On the afternoon of July 17th, the Trade Union of the Health Sector of Nghe An Province held a conference to commend outstanding grassroots trade union officials, civil servants, and workers for the period 2019-2023; and awarded the "For the Cause of Building the Trade Union Organization" commemorative medal on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).
Attending the conference were People's Physicians Nguyen Van Thanh and Hoang Van Hao; representatives from the Provincial Labor Union, the Nghe An Department of Health, and other health units in the province.

The Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union currently has 31 grassroots trade unions, including 12 trade unions in non-public enterprises and units; the total number of affiliated civil servants, public employees, and workers is nearly 7,600. In addition, the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union also has 21 affiliated grassroots trade unions at the district level with nearly 7,000 public employees and workers.
Over the years, the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union has affirmed its role, position, and importance in the process of building and developing the sector. Trade unions at all levels within the health sector have continuously focused on building the working class and establishing a strong organization in terms of politics, ideology, and structure.

From the movement of civil servants, public employees, and workers, and the activities of the Trade Union organization, many outstanding union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers have emerged, excelling in their professional work, and many grassroots trade union officials possessing strong character, intelligence, dedication, and responsibility... They know how to motivate and unleash the intellect of civil servants, public employees, and workers, contributing positively to the fulfillment of the political tasks of the trade union organization.
Many emulation movements, notably those launched and implemented effectively by the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union, include: the movement "Improving medical ethics, codes of conduct, and innovating the service style and attitude of health workers towards patient satisfaction"; the movement "Workers, civil servants, and laborers strive to overcome difficulties, innovate, and are determined to win against the COVID-19 pandemic"; and the emulation movement "Innovation and effectiveness in trade union activities".

At the conference, on behalf of the authorized representatives, leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Union, the Nghe An Department of Health, and the Health Sector Trade Union presented the "For the Cause of Building the Trade Union Organization" commemorative medal from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to 14 grassroots trade union officials; and awarded certificates of merit from the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union to 16 outstanding grassroots trade union officials and 21 civil servants, public employees, and workers with excellent achievements in the excellent labor and creative labor movement during the 2019-2023 period.
