Article 225The 2024 Land Law stipulates the following:Publicize and make public administrative procedures related to land.as follows:
1. Administrative procedures concerning land, after being approved by the competent authority, must be published in accordance with the Government's regulations on administrative procedure control.
2. The content of publicly available administrative procedures regarding land includes:
a) The competent authority to receive applications and provide results; the agency responsible for handling administrative procedures; and the subjects performing the administrative procedures;
b) Processing time for each administrative procedure;
c) Components and quantity of documents for each administrative procedure;
d) Procedures and responsibilities for handling each administrative procedure;
d) Financial obligations, fees and charges payable for each administrative procedure;
e) Other contents of the administrative procedure set (if any).

3. The information stipulated in Clause 2 of this Article shall be made public by regularly posting it at the headquarters of the agency receiving applications and delivering results; publishing it on the National Public Service Portal and the public service portals at the ministerial and provincial levels, and on the websites of the People's Committees at the district and commune levels.
