According to local residents, at 7:30 AM on July 13th, Mr. Le Huy Ky (31 years old), residing in Hanh Lam commune, was driving a vehicle.workers and farmersAn accident occurred while they were going uphill to transport glue in My Lam hamlet, Thanh My commune.
Due to a broken winch cable, the farm tractor suddenly rolled down the slope and crashed into the tractor behind it, driven by Mr. Vi Văn Thanh (56 years old) from Tân Ngọc village, Ngọc Lâm commune.

The accident resulted in two deaths.casualtiesMr. Thanh died on the spot. Mr. Ky was seriously injured and is being taken to the hospital.

It is known that Mr. Thanh bought the tractor and it has been in operation for several years. He and his wife have two children, a son and a daughter, both of whom are married.
