It is an important digital tool that helps enhance transparency, reduce time, costs, and administrative procedures for taxpayers.

Mr. Mai Xuan Thanh – Director of the Tax Department and Mr. Lu Thanh Long – Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA Company also signed a memorandum of cooperation on the day of the announcement ceremony (August 18th) in the fields of training, consulting and digital transformation related to taxation. This cooperation aims to improve the capacity of businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, to access tax policies during the digital transformation process.

The launch of the "Tax Information Portal to Support Entrepreneurs" and the signing of the cooperation agreement between the Tax Department and MISA Joint Stock Company are highly significant.

Firstly, it promotes administrative reform and modernization of tax management. The launch of the electronic portal shows the Tax Department's efforts to transform its management methods from traditional to digital, simplifying procedures, increasing transparency of information, and reducing time and costs for taxpayers – especially the private business community.

Secondly, supporting businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): Private businesses – particularly SMEs – often face difficulties in understanding and implementing tax policies. The portal is a powerful tool to help businesses easily access knowledge, receive advice, and stay updated on legal regulations.

The signing of the cooperation agreement between the Tax Department and MISA – a leading technology company in the field of finance and accounting – demonstrates the increasing role of the public-private partnership (PPP) model in institutional reform. This is a strategic step to accelerate the national digital transformation process in the tax sector.
