- Ensuring environmental hygiene on 167 main roads in the wards of Truong Vinh, Thanh Vinh, Vinh Phu, Vinh Loc, Vinh Hung, and Cua Lo.

- Actively participating in the recovery efforts following typhoons No. 5 and No. 10, they collected and transported 100,000 m³ of debris, including trees and branches, caused by the storms, contributing to ensuring urban aesthetics and serving the people during the National Day on September 2nd and the 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

- Implemented contracts for tree care at Hai Phong Thermal Power Plant and Nghi Son Thermal Power Plant (Thanh Hoa); collected and removed garbage from the reservoirs of Ban Ve Hydropower Plant and Hua Na Hydropower Plant… generating revenue of over 5 billion VND.

- Effectively manage and operate the Nghi Yen Solid Waste Treatment Complex, ensuring proper processing of over 400,000 tons of waste (an average of 1,100 tons per day and night).

- Total revenue in 2025 is projected to reach 212 billion VND, achieving 117% of the 2024 target.

- The average income of workers is estimated to reach over 14,500,000 VND/month, an increase of 5% compared to 2024.

- Achieve 100% compliance with regulations regarding the payment of taxes, social insurance, health insurance, union fees, and other funds into the state budget.

- Ensuring daily waste management and collection in 415 blocks and hamlets belonging to the wards of Truong Vinh, Thanh Vinh, Vinh Phu, Vinh Loc, Vinh Hung, and Cua Lo, contributing positively to environmental sanitation. By December 15, 2025, the collection of environmental sanitation service fees reached over 41 billion VND, exceeding the assigned target.

At the Nghi Yen Solid Waste Treatment Complex, the construction and commissioning of the service road system and landfill cells 4A and 4B have been completed.

In 2025, investments will be made to purchase 6 new 15-ton trucks; 3 3.5-ton dump trucks; and build 2 new garbage compactor trucks… with a total budget of over 13 billion VND.

Complete the construction of technical infrastructure and put into operation the Nghi Kim (former) commune crematorium and the Con Tuc cemetery in Nghi Lien (former) commune.

1. Strive to increase total revenue in 2026 by 9% compared to 2025.

2. Strive to fulfill all obligations to the State, paying taxes, social insurance, health insurance, and other funds at 100% of the assigned plan.

3. Coordinate and implement the collection of waste collection service fees in 2026 to achieve over 100% of the target set by the competent authority.

4. Ensure 100% of officers, employees, and workers have stable jobs and increased income (an increase of 6-10% compared to 2025); allocate funds and pay dividends to shareholders exceeding 1%.

5. Continue expanding business services and industries, seeking new customers within and outside the province. Invest in purchasing an additional 5 to 7 vehicles and machinery with an estimated cost of approximately 7 billion VND. Continue completing the investment documents and procedures for the construction and expansion of the Con Vang crematorium in Nghi Kim commune, phase 2, to bring it into operation.

6. Develop plans, strategies, and solutions for the collection, transportation, and processing of waste after it has been sorted at the source.

7. The Party Committee of Nghe An Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company strives to achieve the title of "Outstanding Performance in Completing Tasks".

8. In the first quarter of 2026, organize the Employee Conference and the General Shareholders' Meeting for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring compliance with regulations.

9. Seriously and effectively implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 15th Party Congress of the Company, term 2025-2030.
