Efforts to improve the lives of workers.

TTH Group Joint Stock Company currently has 4 member units, including 1 general hospital, 1 specialized hospital, 1 medical equipment and supplies trading company, the General Corporation Office Trade Union and the TTH Ha Tinh General Hospital Trade Union with over 850 members, which are the coordinating units.

During the past term, the Trade Union, in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors, developed internal regulations and rules to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. Throughout the term, the Company/Hospital's operations remained basically stable. Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the lives of employees faced difficulties, but after the pandemic, their lives stabilized, they felt secure in their work, remained united, completed their assigned professional tasks, and strictly adhered to internal regulations and rules. The company signed labor contracts for 100% of its staff; participated in social insurance and health insurance for those who met the requirements and ensured all benefits were provided according to regulations; the material and spiritual lives of employees were cared for and continuously improved.

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Pham Quoc Duong - Member of the Provincial Labor Union Executive Committee, Chairman of the Health Sector Trade Union - highly appreciated the company's trade union executive committee for consistently adhering to its functions and duties, closely coordinating with the professional departments, and motivating employees to compete in successfully completing their tasks; contributing to the successful achievement of the annual plan targets.

To build upon the achievements of the previous term, the comrade suggested that the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee should regularly coordinate closely with the heads of departments to organize employee conferences effectively, in accordance with regulations, procedures, and democratic principles; promptly implement policies and regulations for cadres, employees, and workers, ensuring their legitimate immediate and long-term benefits; organize effective emulation movements and efficiently implement the directives of the Industry Trade Union Executive Committee and the unit's business tasks; maintain its inherent qualities as a warm and loving home, a source of trust for workers, and a bridge between the Party and the masses; and successfully implement the unit's congress resolution and the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Nghe An Health Sector Trade Union (term 2023-2028).

The comrade suggested that the company's leadership should cooperate more effectively with the Trade Union Executive Committee in all areas, identifying professional work and trade union activities as parallel tasks in the spirit of contributing to the company's development and stability and the interests of the employees.

Innovate the content and format of activities.

Besides the achievements, the congress also pointed out the shortcomings and weaknesses that existed in the trade union's activities during the past term. Towards the goal of building TTH GROUP Joint Stock Company into a "Sustainable Development and Long-Term Connection" corporation, with the vision of becoming a leading medical group in Vietnam, the company's trade union sets the following objectives: Continuously developing union membership in both quantity and quality, innovating the content and methods of operation, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, constantly improving working conditions, enhancing material and spiritual well-being, and enthusiastically competing to complete the company's assigned tasks; Striving to achieve the "Outstanding Performance" standard every year.

“The challenge for the next term is to better care for employees, create a safer working environment, improve their income and living standards, and meet the expectations of the community regarding the collective contributions of the unit. However, with the achievements and efforts made in the past term, the company's Trade Union is confident in achieving even greater success in the next term, contributing to the overall development of the entire company,” emphasized Dr. Thai Doan Thang, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and General Director of TTH Group Joint Stock Company, at the congress.
