In the run-up to the Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025, the "Warm Clothes for Winter" program distributed thousands of practical gifts such as bunk beds, mattresses, warm blankets, warm jackets, rice cookers, sandals, notebooks, colored pencils, and candies to 600 students at three ethnic minority boarding schools: Bao Nam 2 Primary School, Muong Long Primary School, and Pha Danh Kindergarten (Ky Son district). The total value of the program was over 216 million VND.

This is the third consecutive year that Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company has maintained the "Warm Clothes for Winter" program, donating clothes to students in ethnic minority areas in the border district of Ky Son.

Mr. Nguyen Song Hao, Head of the Organization and Administration Department and Secretary of the Youth Union of the company, said: The "Warm Clothes for Winter" program was organized systematically and meticulously in coordination with the Department of Education and Training and schools in Ky Son district, from on-site surveys and list compilation to implementation. The company directly delivered gifts to students in the schools, thereby encouraging them to strive for academic excellence. The program is one of many social welfare activities of Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company, reflecting the company's leadership's consistent philosophy of striving for efficient production and business, harmonizing interests, and actively supporting social welfare activities.

In 2024, Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company had 25 social welfare programs, worth over 1.2 billion VND in cash, along with more than 500 tons of cement and 50m³ of other materials.³ Concrete supports localities in building new rural areas, overcoming natural disasters, repairing public works, and assisting many disadvantaged families in building new houses or repairing existing ones. The social welfare activities of Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company in Nghe An province have contributed to spreading the spirit of mutual support and compassion for the development of the community.

Song Lam Cement Joint Stock Company currently has the following projects: Song Lam Cement Plant (Do Luong); Nghi Thiet Cement Grinding Station; Vissai International Port Area in Nghi Thiet (Nghi Loc). All projects are invested with advanced technology, according to European standards, with a high degree of automation and environmentally friendly production. To date, the company has invested nearly 17,000 billion VND in these projects; creating jobs for more than 1,500 workers. Since its operation began, the company has spent over 40 billion VND on social welfare activities in Nghe An province.
