Immediately after equitization, Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company restructured its organization in a streamlined manner, reduced indirect labor, and dissolved a number of departments and offices such as: Project Management Board, Inspection Board... Merged a number of branches, enterprises, water centers, and maintained only 5 departments and 6 affiliated units. With that innovation, the company's operations have changed in a positive direction, especially creating coordination, close connection, and responsibility for work between departments and affiliated units, while creating convenience for customers when coming to transact at the company...

Determined to innovate management to meet the increasing demand for clean water of customers, in the coming time, Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company will continue to promote solutions to reduce non-revenue water, such as: Controlling the flow and pressure of inlet water at the main meters; strengthening management and customer care; upgrading and renovating old, rotten pipes and separating the network to manage and prevent water loss; renovating to increase capacity and improve water quality at water treatment plants in the Western Water Supply Enterprise and Hung Vinh; developing a loan plan to prevent water loss; improving customer service quality; increasing the rate of households receiving water supply, including with the goal of safely operating the water supply system, ensuring continuous, stable water supply, safe and quality water supply; improving the quality of staff and workers; implementing water bill collection through banks and water bill collection services; Research and apply new technologies (construction, maintenance, operation management, loss reduction...) and new materials and equipment with superior features suitable for the requirements of the water supply system, while gradually synchronizing materials and equipment used throughout the system...

The company focuses on management, construction, and renovation of water supply pipeline networks. Along with traditional management measures, the company has boldly applied information technology to inspection, testing, installation, repair of pipelines, and material management, so the water supply pipeline network is well managed, and incidents on the pipeline network are promptly handled. In recent times, the company has focused on investing in expanding the water supply network to key and important areas according to the planning of the Provincial People's Committee, according to the needs and wishes of the people, such as: Installing HDPE D200 pipeline on Pham Hong Thai Street to supply clean water to the Southwest area of ​​Vinh City; installing a water supply system for VSIP Nghe An Industrial and Service Complex, Southeast Economic Zone, etc.

Mr. Hoang Van Hai - General Director of Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company said: After equitization, the Board of Directors of the Company boldly innovated the organizational structure and changed the management style. In just a short time of implementation, Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company has initially had very positive movements, in which the production and business have achieved remarkable results: in the first 3 months of 2017, the total clean water output reached 5.2 million m3 and the revenue was over 42 billion VND. That result is an important basis for the company to be determined in 2017 to achieve an output (production) of nearly 33.6 million m3 of clean water, a total revenue of nearly 196 billion VND and to fulfill its obligations to pay the state budget, insurance, dividend payments, ensure and improve the lives of employees in the company...
