In 2022, following the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, the company seized the opportunity to turn difficulties into advantages, taking advantage of orders from countries in need of unskilled labor with relatively good benefits. Examples include Japan, Taiwan, Europe (Romania), and Singapore. By the end of 2022, the company had received over 2,000 applications for overseas employment and had successfully sent over 1,000 workers abroad in major sectors such as construction and mechanics. Ms. Trinh Thi Huyen, the company's director, stated: Currently, countries in Europe such as Hungary and Romania, as well as Asian countries like Japan and Taiwan, are in need of a large number of skilled Vietnamese workers in fields such as electrical engineering, mechanics, and garment manufacturing. Opportunities are wide open for students from vocational schools as well as those with short-term vocational certificates.

In the future, the company will continue to focus on advanced and developed countries: Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, European countries (Eastern Europe and especially within the Schengen Area), some West Asian countries, North America, etc. The income level for workers going abroad will range from 20 to 70 million VND per month. The expenses workers will have to pay will range from 30 to 150 million VND. In particular, the company organizes vocational training, skill development, and foreign language training to improve the quality of labor for those who have signed overseas employment contracts.
