In 2022, after the Covid-19 pandemic, the company "seized" the opportunity to turn difficulties into advantages, taking advantage of orders in countries that need unskilled workers and have relatively good treatment. For example, Japan, Taiwan, Europe (Romania), Singapore... By the end of 2022, the Company had received more than 2,000 labor export applications and had more than 1,000 workers exported abroad with main occupations such as construction, mechanics,... Ms. Trinh Thi Huyen - Director of the Company said: Currently, the demand of countries in Europe such as Hungary, Romania... or Asian countries such as Japan, Taiwan,... is in need of a large number of Vietnamese workers with skills such as electricity, mechanics, industrial sewing,... Opportunities are open to students of vocational schools as well as workers with short-term vocational certificates.

In the coming time, the Company will still focus on advanced and developed countries: Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, European countries (Eastern Europe and especially in the Shengen area), some West Asian countries, North America... The income level of employees working abroad will reach from 20 - 70 million VND/month. The cost that employees have to pay is from 30 - 150 million VND. In particular, the Company organizes vocational training, and vocational levels, foreign languages ​​to improve the quality of labor for signed foreign delegations.
