The Bac Vinh Industrial Park Development Investment Company was fined 120 million VND for fire safety violations.
Mr. Bui Thanh An, Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, has just signed a decision imposing administrative penalties on Bac Vinh Industrial Park Investment and Development Company, located at 143 Dang Thai Mai Street, Hung Dong Ward, Vinh City.
According to Decision No. 52/QD-XPHC dated June 11, this enterprise committed two administrative violations. Specifically, the company put the technical infrastructure of the Bac Vinh Industrial Park into operation without obtaining approval from the competent authority regarding the fire safety inspection results. In addition, the company also failed to equip itself with motorized firefighting equipment, specifically fire trucks, as required by regulations.
For the aforementioned violations, the Bac Vinh Industrial Park Development Investment Company was fined 120 million VND and ordered to complete the acceptance testing of the fire prevention and fighting system in accordance with legal regulations.
