The Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee - Mr. Bui Thanh An has just signed a Decision to administratively sanction Bac Vinh Industrial Park Development Investment Company, headquartered at 143 Dang Thai Mai Street, Hung Dong Ward, Vinh City.
According to Decision No. 52/QD-XPHC dated June 11, this enterprise committed two administrative violations. Specifically, the company put the technical infrastructure of Bac Vinh Industrial Park into operation without the competent authority approving the results of fire prevention and fighting acceptance. In addition, this unit also did not equip mechanical fire fighting equipment, specifically fire trucks, according to regulations.
For the above violations, Bac Vinh Industrial Park Development Investment Company was fined 120 million VND and forced to complete the acceptance of the fire prevention and fighting system in accordance with legal regulations.
