Khatoco Trading Company Limited announces the following freight transportation price list:
1. Information about goods being transported:
Tobacco and tobacco-related supplies have high economic value.
Clothing and garment industry supplies.
2. Information about routes and shipping costs:
- Delivery location:
D2 Road, Bac Vinh Industrial Zone, Vinh Hung Ward, Nghe An Province.
- Delivery location:
- Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi City.
- Thai Hoa Ward, Nghe An Province.
- Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province.
- Prices exclude VAT and loading/unloading costs at both ends.
3. Information about the type of vehicle being transported:
ButThe enclosed box trucks have a designed carrying capacity of 14.5 tons, 3.2 tons, and 1.9 tons.
- The quotation provider must clearly state the internal dimensions of the cargo compartment for each type of vehicle in the quotation (Length x Width x Height).
- The minimum internal dimensions of the cargo compartment are as follows:
14.5-ton vehicle: 9.12 x 2.39 x 2.33 m (or equivalent to 52 m)3)
3.2-ton vehicle: 5.17 x 1.85 x 1.78 m (or equivalent to 17 m)3)
1.9-ton vehicle: 3.20 x 1.67 x 1.70 m (or equivalent to 9m)3)
4. Requirements for handling and responsibility for goods:
- The vehicle's cargo area must be sealed, clean, dry, free from mold, and odorless.
- The driver is responsible for counting the quantity of goods and signing all necessary documents.
- If goods are damaged (wet, dented, torn), or missing (including due to accidents), the shipping company must compensate 100% of the value of the damage.
5. Required documents for company profile and quotation:
ButFinancial performance results for the year 2024.
- Transportation revenue over two years (2023 to 2024)
- Documents proving the fulfillment of VAT and corporate income tax obligations for the years 2024 and 2025.
- Vehicle registration and inspection certificates for 14.5-ton, 3.2-ton, and 1.9-ton vehicles (or vehicles with equivalent payload capacity) are still valid.
Note: Copies of documents must be notarized.
6. Legal and Payment Requirements
- A notarized copy of the transportation business registration certificate.
- Capable of issuing valid invoices and signing transparent contracts.
- Priority will be given to companies that have delivery software or apps (if available).
7. Timeframe for receiving quotations:From the date of this announcement until the end of this day.31/08/2025.
8. Bid opening date: September 1, 2025.
9. Validity of quotationThe quotation is valid from the date the bid is opened.
10. Selection criteria:Priority will be given to companies offering the most competitive prices and that fully meet the required capability profile.
