Conte set a record by being named Premier League Manager of the Month for three consecutive months.
The Chelsea manager continued his winning streak in December 2016, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic received the Player of the Month award.

In December 2016, alongside Conte, the list of nominees also included Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool), Jose Mourinho (Man Utd), and Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham). However, the Italian coach was chosen thanks to his impressive record with Chelsea – winning all five Premier League matches that month against Man City, West Brom, Sunderland, Crystal Palace, and Bournemouth.
"This award shows we are doing well," Conte said on the Premier League website. "December was a great month for us. The results this month have helped us both to climb to the top and build confidence."
Conte had previously won the Premier League Manager of the Month award in October and November 2016, during his time with Chelsea as they achieved a club record of 13 consecutive wins.
Despite losing 0-2 to Tottenham in their first match of the new year 2017, Chelsea's previous winning streak has propelled them to the top of the title race, five points ahead of second-placed Liverpool.
In this weekend's 21st round, Conte's team will have a chance to rediscover their winning form when they visit Leicester City. Despite being the reigning champions, Leicester are currently in terrible form and are no longer the team that earned four points against Chelsea in the Premier League last season.
Meanwhile, in the Player of the Month category, Zlatan Ibrahimovic won thanks to his immense contributions to Man Utd.
