Traffic police in Nghe An province assist people returning home for Tet (Lunar New Year).
The Lunar New Year of the Snake 2025 is fast approaching. At this time, many people working far from home are rushing back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet. Besides their regular duties, the traffic police force of Nghe An province is assisting people returning home for Tet on national highways, leaving behind many heartwarming moments.
Mr. Phan Trong Lam is a worker at an industrial park in Binh Duong province. This year, with a long holiday, he decided to take his wife and two children back to his wife's hometown in Nghe An to celebrate Tet. Although quite tired from traveling a long distance by motorbike, the family felt very warm-hearted when they passed through National Highway 1A and received gifts of cool towels and water from the officers and soldiers of the Dien Chau Traffic Police Station, who also offered words of encouragement and support.

With the spirit of "working through the night and throughout Tet," in addition to patrolling, controlling, and ensuring traffic safety, the traffic police force of Nghe An province has set up many support points and distributed gifts to help people on their journey home for Tet. From early morning, officers were present at support points on National Highway 46 and National Highway 1A. According to our observations, many people were traveling by motorbike back to their hometowns. The traffic police had prepared drinking water, pastries, and wet wipes to give to the people.

In addition to receiving food and drinks, the people also received information and education on traffic safety laws from the traffic police, especially...Decree 168The government has regulations on administrative penalties for violations in the field of road traffic. This helps them better understand the regulations and participate in traffic safely.

Although the gifts may not be of great material value, the image of traffic police officers assisting the people brings a warm feeling during the cold days at the end of the year; contributing to sharing and encouraging people after a year of hard work to return home to celebrate Tet happily and safely.
