A giant cassava root weighing nearly 14 kg and almost 3 meters long.
(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. Hoang Quoc Ky, residing in Quang Hung hamlet, Chau Quang commune (Quy Hop district), said his family was very surprised to harvest a cassava root weighing nearly 14 kg and almost 3 meters long.
Mr. Ky said that his family has been growing cassava for livestock feed for the past ten years, but this is the first time they have harvested such a large cassava root. He mentioned that out of five roots in the plant, one weighed nearly 14 kg and was almost 3 meters long.

According to Mr. Ky, as well as other cassava farmers in the area, this is the first time they have seen cassava tubers this large.
